Although there has been a lot of focus on self-care particularly during the pandemic, making a change for the better — whether that is getting more steps in during the day, keeping your home better organised or working on your relationships, requires a long-term commitment. So how do you get started? By taking baby steps, of course! I believe in the 80/20 principle…. If you can get it right 80% of the time, then you’re on a winning path.
